I feel dysregulated a lot of the time. It’s not surprising, as I am managing sensory overload in my body almost constantly, and it can be exhausting. Right now I am trying to write this while my pain is turned up to the high setting,

Well these are not the type of electrodes I would like to be playing with, but lucky me, I get to wear a holter monitor all week! I think I am allergic to the adhesive, because those things ITCH. I was so relieved to take

I can’t resist a dare. I think it stems from the unhappy experience of being the awkward kid in a hostile arena of other kids, feeling desperate to fit in with no idea how. I have several very embarrassing memories of following through on dares
